The Company was established on September 20, 1968 by Mr. Ma Jincan under the name “Dachem Co., Ltd.” It was also listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 21, 1973, and renamed Daisheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (No. 89). In the early days, the Group mainly provided warehousing, refrigeration and other warehouse service businesses. In line with market demand, the Group switched to investing in Hong Kong's real estate industry, including shops, commercial offices and residences, and further developed into the US property market.
