On 2012/8/15, Blakewan successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Australia's Blackman Resources Co., Ltd., and entered the Pilbara region of Western Australia, the world's largest iron ore producer, and became a leader in the world's emerging iron ore companies. Blackwan owns two major iron ore projects, Marillana (Marillana) and Ophthalmia (Ophthalmia), in the core mining area of Pilbara, Western Australia, as well as several other mining areas. Currently, Blakewan has 1.92 billion tons of Australian JORC standard iron ore resources in the Pilbara region. Among them, the Marylana iron ore project is the company's flagship project. It has discovered 1.63 billion tons of JORC standard iron ore resources, including 1 billion tons of hematite resource reserves. It is about 270 kilometers from Hedland Port, one of the world's largest iron ore export ports. Overmia currently has 305 million tons of control and inference resources. In the future, the company's other resource projects in the Pilbara region will be explored and developed one after another, and the amount of resources is expected to increase further. The company's short-term strategy is to accelerate the development of two hematite projects in Marylana and Overmia, including speeding up the construction of related supporting railways, ports, and other iron ore transportation infrastructure. The company's medium- to long-term strategy is to vigorously develop a diversified resource portfolio including iron ore, copper ore, and coking coal through exploration, development, mergers and acquisitions, and make every effort to build a world-renowned large-scale resource company.
