The Group currently owns and manages over 2.5 million square feet of high-quality commercial, retail and residential properties in Hong Kong and Shanghai, China. The company's two main divisions are capital strategy commercial property investment, our commercial property investment department, monk family living, and our high quality residential development department. Capital Strategy Commercial Property Investment Capital Strategy Commercial Property Investment successfully leverages the strengths of its management to find suitable properties, package and reposition properties to enhance rental income, and thus achieve capital appreciation.
