The Company's ultimate holding company is Chengchuang Investment Co., Ltd., which was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (“British Virgin Islands”) and is owned by Mr. Chen Guanhua. The addresses of the Company's registered office and principal place of business have been disclosed in the Annual Report (Corporate Information) section. The consolidated financial statements are presented in Hong Kong dollars (“HKD”, which is also the functional currency of the Company). Unless otherwise specified, all values have been rounded to the nearest thousand digits. The Company is an investment holding company, and the main business of its subsidiaries is set out in Note 35.
