Weigao Group was founded by Chairman Zheng Zhongwen in 1984. It is engaged in the production and retail business of women's fashion under the Veeko and Wanko brands, and started a cosmetics retail business in October 2004 and set up a Colourmix cosmetics specialty store. Weigao International Holdings Limited was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 19, 1999 (stock code: 1173), establishing Weigao Group's position in the market. The Colourmix cosmetics specialty store offers premium makeup and skincare brands introduced from around the world. The product range includes a wide range of products, including skincare products, perfumes, makeup, personal care, and trendy products. Colourmix also sells a variety of high-quality brands imported from Switzerland, France, Italy, South Korea, etc. Wanko targets office workers between the ages of 20 and 35. The style is simple, generous and decent, and is mainly clothing for work. Veeko is specially designed for young women aged 16 to 28 who pursue fashion and trends, and offers a range of casual fashion clothing. Weigao Group is developing step by step, gradually expanding its business based on comprehensive analysis and actual market demand. As of today, in terms of cosmetics business, Colourmix has 82 specialty stores in Hong Kong, China, Macau, and mainland China. In August 2015, the Group also launched another cosmetics retail business, founded the MORIMOR cosmetics specialty store, opened its first store in Hong Kong, China, and will expand one after another in the future. MORIMOR cosmetics specialty stores integrate global high-quality skincare and beauty concepts to bring customers high-quality trendy skincare and beauty products, and their products are diversified, covering skin care, perfume, makeup, hairdressing, body care and health food, etc. Among them, Korean makeup and beauty products are particularly popular among young customers, and professional and caring beauty consultants provide appropriate personalized services and skincare advice, so that customers can enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable beauty experience. In terms of fashion business, in addition to 80 specialty stores located in Hong Kong and Macau, China, Veeko and Wanko's sales networks have also expanded to other Asia-Pacific regions. There are 25 specialty stores in Taiwan, 41 in mainland China, and 9 in Singapore, with a total of 155 specialty stores, making it one of the largest womenswear chains in the Asia-Pacific region. The group's four major brands, Colourmix, MORIMOR, Veeko and Wanko, currently have more than 230 specialty stores, providing consumers with “beautiful” products from the inside out and a high-quality and satisfying shopping experience.
