Xiwang Special Steel Co., Ltd. (the Company) is a leading high-end special steel producer whose main business is located in Shandong Province, China. The Group was founded in 2003 and listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange on February 23, 2012. The Group's production base is in Xiwang Industrial Park, Zouping City, Shandong Province, China, and has an integrated production process from ironmaking and steelmaking to secondary metallurgy, die casting, continuous casting and rolling of steel. The Group's products include ordinary steels mainly used in construction and infrastructure projects and special steels used in high-speed rail, automobiles, marine vessels, wind power, bearings, petrochemicals, machinery and equipment. The Group has two production models: (1) using scrap steel as a raw material to produce steel through electric arc furnaces; (2) using iron ore to be converted into sintering material in a sintering furnace to produce molten iron water through a blast furnace, and then making steel in a converter. The Group makes the Group's production model more flexible by using different raw materials to control costs and product portfolios. The Group produced and sold ordinary steel and special steel during the year, and mainly traded raw materials such as iron ore powder and pellet ore. Ordinary steel mainly includes bars and wires, while special steel includes high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, bearing steel and ingots. The details are as follows: 1. Ordinary steel Rods Bars are mainly used in construction and infrastructure projects. The cross-sectional diameter of the Group's bars ranges from 12 mm to 40 mm. wire The Group produces ribbed and round wire, both of which have a cross-sectional diameter of between 5.5 mm and 14 mm. The Group's wires are used in the construction and infrastructure fields. 2. Special steel High quality carbon structural steel The Group's high-quality carbon structural steel products include bars and wires (cross-sectional diameters between 5.5 mm and 350 mm). The carbon content of high-quality carbon structural steel is less than 0.8%, and the sulfur, phosphorus and non-metal content contained in it is also lower than that of ordinary carbon structural steel. Due to its high purity, the mechanical properties (such as bending strength and tensile strength) of high-quality carbon structural steel are superior to those of ordinary carbon structural steel, and are mainly used in construction and infrastructure. Alloyed structural steels Alloy structural steels are mainly used in machinery. The Group adds manganese, silicon, nickel, chromium and molybdenum to change the chemical composition of alloyed structural steels to achieve ideal steel properties. The Group's alloyed structural steel products include bars (cross-sectional diameter between 5.5 mm and 350 mm). bearing steel The cross-sectional diameters of bearing steel bars and bearing steel wires produced by the Group are between 5.5 mm and 150 mm, and are used to manufacture roller or ball bearings for the automotive industry. The Group's bearing steels are quite high in purity, so the structure is stronger than ordinary steels. Steel ingots The ingot products produced by our company can be used in transportation, energy and electricity, petrochemicals, marine engineering, aerospace and weapons and equipment industries. The Group's products include wide and thick slabs, round ingots, square ingots, shuttle ingots and hollow ingots, etc., with specifications ranging from 3 tons to 80 tons.
