Group introduction Tsui Wah Group's vision is to “promote healthy and high-quality Hong Kong food culture”. There are strict requirements for food quality, environmental hygiene and service quality. We continue to introduce new flavors in Hong Kong's authentic cuisine and inject new elements to transform them into authentic specialty foods that are a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine that knows no borders. We strive to promote local food culture and strive to maintain and promote Hong Kong's reputation as a food paradise. Cuihua insists on providing high quality ingredients, from staple foods to seasonings, we all attach great importance to it. Cuihua cares about the health of customers and travels all over the river to search for high-quality ingredients to prepare dishes. “Fast. Beautiful.” is the purpose of our service. It is also Tsui Wah's core values, namely “fast”, accurate, and “beautiful”, and “positive” (that is, placing orders and preparing food efficiently and accurately for customers, providing customers with high-quality, stylish, and varied cuisines). Grow side by side and keep pace with the times Established in 1967, Tsui Wah was formerly a small ice room located on Ganlin Street in Mongkok, providing local snacks and drinks at a reasonable price to nearby residents and workers. By the 70s, with Hong Kong's economy taking off, people expected to be able to eat food other than bread and bread in the ice room. As a result, the kitchen and water bar were separated from then on, and the tea restaurant was derived as a result. Tsui Wah has also kept pace with the times. In 1989, Tsui Wah opened the first Tsui Wah Restaurant in San Po Kong to provide customers with authentic Hong Kong specialties. For over 40 years, Tsui Wah has grown side by side with Hong Kong. After years of tireless efforts, we have become an indispensable part of the collective memories of Hong Kong people, leaving an imprint on our common growth. Cuihua Group continues to keep pace with the times in terms of product types, management, technology, facilities and business strategies, and has successfully established a young and dynamic corporate image. In 2009, we opened our first Tsui Wah Restaurant in Shanghai and officially entered the mainland market. Since then, the first Macau branch was opened in 2011, and a branch was opened in Wuhan in 2012, gradually expanding the domestic market. Tsui Wah Restaurant continues to adhere to its commitment to food quality and service to provide an authentic Hong Kong-style dining experience for mainland and Macau customers. Brand meaning The brand name “Cuihua” was taken by the founder of Cuihua. It means to always keep “green” green and evergreen, and carry forward the spirit of the “Hua” people. The founders hoped that Cuihua's high-quality food and service, diverse food choices, perfect management and training, and a good brand image would build our continuous competitiveness, keep pace with the times, and become an enterprise with an evergreen foundation. The yellow-blue circle in the logo represents the fountain, which circulates like flowing water and also contains Tsui Wah (TW). It means that “Tsui Wah” can continue to actively innovate, keep up with the times, continue to thrive, never stop shining like a golden yellow, shine brightly, become a “representative of Hong Kong”, and move towards the goal of becoming a “model dining model”. Moving forward with business development In 2012, Tsui Wah Group opened the high-style “Supreme Concept Kitchen” (Supreme Concept Kitchen), which focuses on Western-style fusion cuisine. It has a wide variety of food styles, excellent sales, and an elegant environment, with the goal of attracting administrative staff. The Group also launched a brand-new conference service under the “Supreme Catering” brand, so that guests can enjoy carefully developed cuisines from all over the world without leaving their homes. With deep experience in catering service and consistent commitment to quality food, Cuihua has evolved from a former ice room to a current chain restaurant, and has also actively developed other business models, expanded its business into different categories, and established Cuihua Group's grand catering team. We take “promoting healthy and high-quality Hong Kong food culture” as our mission to promote Hong Kong's food culture to shine on the international stage.
