Group introduction Tsui Wah Group's vision is to “promote healthy and high-quality Hong Kong food culture”. There are strict requirements for food quality, environmental hygiene and service quality. We continue to introduce new flavors of Hong Kong's authentic cuisine and inject new elements to evolve them into authentic specialties that are a fusion of the East and the West, regardless of borders. We are committed to promoting local food culture and are committed to maintaining and promoting Hong Kong's reputation as a food paradise. Tsui Wah insists on providing high quality ingredients, from staple foods to seasonings, and we all pay great attention to it. Cuihua is concerned about the health of customers and has traveled all over the north and south of Jiangjiang to search for high quality ingredients to cook dishes. “Fast. Beautiful. Good” is the purpose of our service. It is also the core value of Cuihua, which is “fast”, accurate, “beautiful”, yet “positive” (that is, placing orders and preparing food for customers efficiently and accurately to provide customers with high quality, stylish, and full range of colors and flavors). Grow side by side and keep pace with the times Founded in 1967, Tsui Wah was formerly a small ice room located on Ganlin Street in Mongkok, providing inexpensive, authentic snacks and drinks to nearby residents and workers. By the 70s, as Hong Kong's economy took off, the public expected to be able to eat food other than bread in the ice chamber. As a result, the kitchen and water bar split from there, and the tea restaurant was born as a result. Tsui Wah also kept pace with the times and opened its first Tsui Wah Restaurant in San Po Kong in 1989 to provide customers with authentic Hong Kong specialties. Over the past 40 years, Tsui Wah has grown side by side with Hong Kong. After years of unremitting efforts, we have become an indispensable part of the collective memories of Hong Kong people, leaving a mark of common growth. Cuihua Group has continuously kept pace with the times in product types, management, technology, facilities and business strategies, introducing new ideas, and has successfully established a young and dynamic corporate image. In 2009, we opened our first Cuihua restaurant in Shanghai and officially entered the mainland market. Since then, the first Macau branch opened in 2011, and another branch was opened in Wuhan in 2012, gradually expanding its domestic footprint. Tsui Wah Restaurant continues to adhere to food quality and service, providing authentic Hong Kong-style dining experiences to mainland and Macau customers. The meaning of the brand The brand name of “Cuihua” was taken by the founder of Tsui Wah, meaning to always keep “green” green and evergreen, and carry forward the spirit of “Chinese” people. The founders expect Tsui Wah's high-quality food and services, diverse food choices, perfect management and training, and a good brand image to build our continuous competitiveness, keep pace with the times, and become an evergreen enterprise. The yellow and blue circle in the trademark represents a fountain that continues to circulate like running water, and also contains green flowers (TW). It means that “Tsui Wah” can continue to actively innovate, keep pace with the times, continue to thrive, never stop shining like a golden yellow color, shine brightly, become a “representative of Hong Kong”, and move towards the goal of becoming a “food model”. Business development is moving forward In 2012, Cuihua Group opened the “Supreme Concept Kitchen” (Supreme Concept Kitchen), which follows a high style line. It focuses on Western-style fusion cuisine, has a variety of food styles, is exquisite, and the environment is elegant, with the goal of attracting executives. The group also launched a brand-new catering service under the “Supreme Cuisine” brand, so that guests can enjoy carefully prepared cuisines from all over the world without leaving their homes. With deep food service experience and consistent commitment to high quality food, Tsui Wah grew from a former ice room to a current chain of restaurants, and even actively developed other business models, expanded its business into different categories, and established Cuihua Group's grand catering team. We take “promoting healthy and high-quality Hong Kong food culture” as our mission to promote Hong Kong's food culture to shine on the international stage.
