Since the inception of Double-Trans, one of our main operating subsidiaries, in 1990, we have undertaken mixed construction projects in Singapore. In 2008, we began providing road construction and civil engineering. We are currently a contractor engaged in road engineering services and construction machinery leasing services in Singapore. According to the Ipsos report, we ranked second among all road engineering companies in Singapore in 2016 in terms of earnings. Double-Trans first obtained OHSAS 18001:2007 certification in March 2008, followed by ISO 9001:2008 certification in April 2009 and ISO 14001:2004 certification in March 2013, while Samco first obtained OHSAS 18001:2007 certification in November 2009, then ISO 9001:2008 certification in June 2014, and ISO 14001:2004 certification in June 2014. As of the last practical date, Double-Trans and Samco were both General Builder Class 1 license holders. This certificate is a required license to carry out public and private construction projects in Singapore. Double-Trans and Samco have also registered multiple work permits in the Construction Authority's contractor registration system, enabling the Group to bid for public projects in Singapore.
