According to the Ipsos report, we are the only service provider in Hong Kong that provides one-stop exterior engineering and permanent gondola engineering design and construction solutions. Our design and construction solution services relating to façade engineering and permanent gondola engineering generally include design, drawing up construction drawings and performing structural calculations, procurement of building materials and permanent gondolas, installation and logistics arrangement services, on-site project supervision, post-completion maintenance services, and project management. We also provide a smaller portion of one-time maintenance and maintenance services for exterior wall works, and a smaller portion of one-time routine maintenance and maintenance services for permanent gondola works. Our façade works focus on the private sector, covering both residential and commercial buildings. Our permanent gondola projects cover residential buildings, commercial buildings, industrial buildings and community facilities in the private and public sectors.
