Established in the early 1980s, we are mainly engaged in the production and sale of denim in a vertically integrated business, including weaving, dyeing and finishing in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Since its establishment in 1888, Kurashiki Spinning Co., Ltd. (Kurashiki Spinning) has been refining various basic techniques in spinning, dyeing, and processing. In 2013, we signed a joint venture agreement with the famous Japanese textile company Kurashiki Spinning and formed a joint venture called Kurashiki Denim International Co., Ltd. This joint venture will establish a strategic alliance between us and Kurashiki Spinning.
