The Group is divided into five businesses (i) Digital video business Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Shuyuan Jiurong Technology Co., Ltd., the Group develops and sells digital televisions, high-definition LCD televisions and set-top boxes, and provides integrated telecommunication, television and Internet application solutions for the digital video and audio industry. (ii) New energy vehicle business The Group conducts the construction, application and management of new energy vehicles and related products, charging facilities and intelligent management systems through its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiurong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (iii) Cloud ecosystem big data business The Group uses and manages cloud ecosystem big data through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Yunqi Cloud Data Co., Ltd. (iv) Property development The Group is developing big data industrial park properties in Hangzhou through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Changyun Luyun Real Estate Co., Ltd.
