The Group is divided into five businesses (i) Digital video business Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shuyuan Jiurong Technology Co., Ltd., the Group is engaged in R&D, production and sale of digital televisions, high-definition LCD televisions and set-top boxes, and the provision of integrated telecommunication, television and Internet application solutions for the digital video industry. (ii) New energy vehicle business The Group carries out the construction, application and management of new energy vehicles and related products, charging facilities and intelligent management systems through its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiurong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (iii) Cloud ecosystem big data business The Group carries out the application and management of cloud ecological big data through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Yunqi Cloud Data Co., Ltd. (iv) Property development The Group is developing Big Data Industrial Park properties in Hangzhou through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Changyun Lvyun Real Estate Co., Ltd. It is expected that the park will be built.
