We are a service provider providing a diversified service portfolio composed of four main service segments: property management services, retail services, catering services and supporting lifestyle services. We first opened in 1998 to provide property management services in Qifu Xincun (one of the largest residential areas in Guangzhou). According to the Euromonitor report, we ranked 10th among residential property management companies in Guangdong Province in terms of the floor area managed in 2015. As of May 31, 2016, we are currently a property management company for 12 residential areas and 2 pure commercial properties, with a total contracted construction area of approximately 5,813,000 square meters. Thanks to excellent service, the residential areas we manage have established a good reputation in China. China Panyu Property Management Company (our subsidiary company engaged in property management in Qifu Xincun) was first awarded the Property Management Enterprise Qualification Certificate (Level 1) by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2005. China's Foshan Property Management Company (our subsidiary company engaged in property management services in Qifu Xincun) was also awarded the Property Management Enterprise Qualification Certificate (Level 1) for property management by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2012. In order to provide more convenient services and create a better living environment in the residential areas we manage, we further expanded retail services, catering services and supporting lifestyle services in 2008, 2011 and 2011, respectively, based on our understanding of residents' needs for local products and services and a growing household base. In this regard, we are also expanding our services beyond Qifu Xincun and have a firm foothold in Guangdong Province. As of the last practical date, our retail services were the largest service segment among the Group's other service segments in terms of turnover, while catering services and property management services ranked second and third respectively. With an outstanding track record, key experience, excellent service, thorough understanding and understanding of the expectations and needs of property developers and residents, the directors believe that we have a strong foundation to further extend our other services (including retail, catering and current supporting living services) not only to communities that have been or will be developed by private groups, but also to locations other than private group properties that we think are suitable and located in locations other than private group properties. Although we are not looking for any specific goals, we are planning to carry out mergers and acquisitions after [compilation] to drive outward growth. We have four service divisions, providing property management services, retail services, catering services and supporting lifestyle services. Our four service divisions are as follows: Property management services, which mainly include: (i) general property management services; and (ii) household support services. As of May 31, 2016, our general property management services covered 12 residential areas (total construction area of about 5,647,000 square meters), all located in Guangdong Province, with more than 50,000 residential units and 2 pure commercial properties (total contracted construction area of about 166,000 square meters); retail services, which mainly include: 18 retail stores of various sizes (1 supermarket, 2 fresh markets, 14 convenience stores and 1 specialty store for imported goods) currently operating mainly in Ki Fu Sun Chuen and other neighboring areas, with a total construction area of about 13,117 square meters at the last practical date; Catering services, which mainly include: 19 restaurants (6 Chinese restaurants, 7 tea restaurants, 4 East Asian and Western restaurants and 2 cafes), which currently operate mainly in Ki Fu Sun Chuen and other neighboring areas, with a total construction area of about 6,574 square meters at the last practical date; Supporting lifestyle services, including: Out-of-school education services, which mainly include: (i) off-campus education courses; and (ii) interest classes. Property agency services, which mainly include: (i) property sales agency services, which specialize in the second-hand residential property market; (ii) property leasing agency services; and (iii) post-rental services. Employment placement services, which mainly include: (i) employment placement services; and (ii) labor dispatch services. Laundry services, which mainly include: laundry services for nearby (i) individuals; and (ii) institutional customers.
