We are a distributor of semiconductors and other electronic components based in Hong Kong. We are mainly engaged in the supply of digital storage products (including memory, data and cloud products, and general electronic components) and the provision of free technical support. Our customers are mainly market participants in the TMT industry in mainland China and Hong Kong. Since starting business in 2005, the Group has focused on finding, procuring, selling and distributing high-quality electronic components produced by branded upstream manufacturers. Such upstream manufacturers may not have direct sales channels, so downstream manufacturers with a certain scale usually sell through electronic component distributors (such as the Group). During the track record period, the electronic components sold by the Group can be divided into three types, namely (i) memory products; (ii) data and cloud products; and (iii) general components. In FY2014 and FY2015, over 60% of our revenue came from downstream manufacturers, while in FY2016, over 80% of our revenue came from downstream manufacturers. The products we supply are generally used in the production and assembly of enterprise-grade secure servers and electronic products used in daily life (such as multimedia electronics and smart consumer electronics). It can be broadly divided into three main application categories, namely (i) multimedia devices; (ii) data centers; and (iii) mobile devices. Multimedia devices and mobile devices include set-top boxes, tablets, smart phones, smart TVs, smart wearables, and data centers generally refer to enterprise-grade secure servo systems.
