We are a well-known contractor in the civil engineering construction industry, and have extensive experience in civil engineering construction projects such as site preparation projects, road and drainage engineering, and structural engineering. We have been in business for 20 years and have established a solid business foundation. Since opening in 1997, we have been committed to providing customers with high-quality craftsmanship and competitive pricing, and delivering projects on time in accordance with agreed civil engineering construction plans. We have always been in the business of civil engineering construction. The main types of civil engineering construction works we undertake include: (i) site preparation works (such as demolition, excavation and/or landfill); (ii) road and drainage works (such as construction and improvement of local roads, excavation tunnels and associated walkways, planting areas, gutters, sewers, main water pipes and utilities); and (iii) structural engineering (such as reinforced concrete structures, stabilizing works, placement of pins and retaining walls). Civil engineering construction projects in Hong Kong can be broadly divided into public sector projects and private sector projects. Public sector projects refer to projects originating from a government or statutory body; private sector projects refer to projects other than public sector projects (such as civil engineering construction works by property developers). During the track record period and until the last practical date, we mainly acted as a subcontractor for civil engineering construction projects in the public sector. We have been appointed as the general contractor for a number of civil works in the private sector.
