We are a well-known contractor in the civil engineering construction industry and have extensive experience in civil engineering construction projects such as site leveling works, road and drainage works, and structural engineering. We've been in business for 20 years and have established a strong business foundation. Since opening in 1997, we have been committed to providing our customers with quality workmanship and competitive pricing to deliver projects on time in accordance with agreed civil engineering construction plans. We have always been in the business of civil engineering construction. The types of civil engineering construction works we undertake mainly include: (i) site leveling works (such as demolition, excavation, and/or landfill works); (ii) road and drainage works (such as construction and improvement of local roads, tunnels and associated sidewalks, planting areas, drains, sewers, main pipes and utility relocation works); and (iii) structural works (such as reinforced concrete structures for the construction of slopes, stabilizing works, tack laying and retaining walls). Civil engineering and construction projects in Hong Kong can be broadly divided into public sector projects and private sector projects. Public sector projects refer to projects originating from a government or statutory body; private sector projects refer to projects other than public sector projects (such as civil engineering construction works by property developers). We mainly subcontracted civil engineering construction projects in the public sector during the track record period and until the last practical date. We have been appointed as general contractors for a number of civil works in the private sector.
