The USA Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced on Monday that 12 investment advisory and brokerage firms, including Blackstone, KKR, Apollo Global Management, and Charles Schwab affiliates, will pay a total of over $63 million in fines for failing to track employees' use of unauthorized communication platforms.
