Gelonghui, December 19 | Homebuilder Lennar Corp announced its Q4 results for the 2024 fiscal year, with revenue declining by 9% year-on-year to $9.95 billion, falling short of Analyst expectations of $10.06 billion; Net income is $1.1 billion, with EPS of $4.06, down from $1.36 billion last year, with EPS of $4.82, while Analyst expectations were $4.15. During this period, the number of home deliveries dropped by 7% year-on-year to 22,206 units; new Order volume fell by 3% year-on-year to 16,895 units. The company expects home delivery volume in the first fiscal quarter to be between 17,000 and 17,500 units.
