Credit rating agency Moody's announced that it is upgrading the issuer rating and senior unsecured rating of JD.com (09618.HK)(JD.US) from 'Baa1' to 'A3', with a stable outlook. Shawn Xiong, Vice President and Senior Analyst at Moody's, stated that the rating upgrade and stable outlook reflect JD.com's leading position in the Chinese e-commerce market. Moody's believes that the company has a unique and resilient business model, supported by strong supply chain capabilities, economies of scale, and prudent financial policies, allowing it to maintain a low leverage ratio and robust cash position. Moody's predicts that JD.com's core retail business will continue to grow.
jd.com's logistics (02618.HK) and dada nexus (DADA.US) have signed a freight and operational support service agreement.
JD.com Logistics (02618.HK) announced the signing of two framework agreements with dada nexus (DADA.US), namely the Cargo Services Framework Agreement and the Operational Support Services Framework Agreement. The signing dates for these two agreements are both September 6, 2024, and they are valid until December 31, 2026. According to the Cargo Services Framework Agreement, dada nexus will provide local real-time logistics services for JD.com Logistics. The annual service fee limits stipulated in the agreement are 0.569 billion RMB in 2024, 0.652 billion RMB in 2025, and 0.78 billion RMB in 2026.
