September 14th, Gelonghui | Stellantis-owned auto brand Jeep has seen a five-year decline in the USA market. Jeep is planning to turn the USA SUV brand from deficit to profit, with a target of selling approximately 1.5 million SUVs globally by 2027, of which 1 million will be sold in the USA. Jeep's sales in the USA plummeted by 34% from the historical high of over 970,000 SUVs in 2018 to just under 643,000 units last year. Jeep plans to lower product prices, including the Jeep Compass and Grand Cherokee SUVs.
