On Monday, T-Mobile (TMUS.US) announced that it has agreed to acquire the instant outdoor advertising technology provider Vistar Media for approximately $0.6 billion in an all-cash deal. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of this year, enhancing T-Mobile's advertising business by expanding the digital outdoor advertising market.
