The Chief Justice of the Delaware Court of Chancery, Kathaleen McCormick, has approved the appeal by USA billionaire Elon Musk and Tesla (TSLA.US) to the Delaware Supreme Court regarding the attempt to restore the compensation plan in which Tesla would pay Musk $56 billion. Tesla shareholder Richard Tornetta initiated a lawsuit in 2018 seeking to revoke the related compensation plan.
