Gelonghui, December 18th | Unilever announced on Wednesday that it has received a takeover offer from Zwanenberg Food Group for its Unox and Zwan brands. This giant in the United Kingdom's Consumer goods sector expects to complete this Trade by 2025, and the terms of the Trade have not yet been disclosed.
