Pan Asia Environmental Group Limited was established in 1998 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 21, 2007. The group company oversees four main business companies, including Wuxi Pan Asia Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Pan Asia Environmental Protection (China) Co., Ltd. (Shanghai), Shanghai Environmental Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Liaoning Pan Asia Environmental Design Engineering Co., Ltd. They each assume the functions of managing each division; the functions of sales and service of the group; engineering design and construction functions for the entire group. Currently, in order to accelerate industrial restructuring, while developing the original industry, the Group has introduced exclusive advanced technology and equipment from abroad with the goal of “leading the industry forward, saving social resources, and providing a beautiful living environment”, and has added a new environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, sound-absorbing, sound-insulating, and flame-retardant new wall panel production line with an annual output of 1 million cubic meters to provide high-quality new wall panels and satisfactory services for companies undertaking building decoration projects, sound absorption and insulation and flame retardant engineering for large venues.
