International Precision Group Limited (the “Company” or “International Precision Group”) was incorporated as an exempted limited company in the Cayman Islands on July 10, 2002. The Company is an investment holding company, and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Group”) are mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of precision metal parts. The Group started its precision parts business in Singapore in 1990 and now manufactures precision metal parts and assembly parts for automobile parts, hydraulic equipment, electronic equipment parts and other instruments. The Group's valued customers are all top multinational companies in the IT, hydraulic power, automotive and electrical industries. They place extremely high demands on the accuracy of precision metal parts. In addition to supplying a large number of precision parts according to customer specifications, the Group also provides solutions to partners around the world and works closely with them to implement new projects. Since such projects involve the development of various metal and plastic parts and electronic circuits, and require expertise in the final assembly of various parts and test assembly equipment before they can be delivered to end users, such projects generally take a long time to operate.
