As US stocks rise, US-listed companies, including popular "Meme stocks" game stations and AMC, are scrambling to issue new shares to take advantage of high valuations. According to the latest data from Dealogic, as of Aug. 24, 556 listed companies in the United States have issued new shares, the highest number since 1996. The amount of new shares issued by these companies totaled $75 billion, the highest on record and an increase of 70 per cent over the same period last year. In addition to the two companies whose share prices have soared this year, Game Station and AMC, the companies that have issued new shares include the household name Zo.

Japan plans to increase subsidies for the purchase of electric vehicles
It is reported that Japan's Ministry of economy, Trade and Industry will increase subsidies for the purchase of electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles and fuel cell vehicles. The Ministry of economy, Trade and Industry will seek a budget of 33.5 billion yen for the 2022 fiscal year, twice the budget for the current fiscal year.
